MQ: MQ Student retreats

MQ has two intense six-day retreats

Fall retreat: Charting Your Course
at MB Biblical Seminary, Fresno, CA.

Besides this being a great location, the seminary is a place where some of our best church leaders are trained.

• Hear the stories of how God has called some of these people into ministry.
• Learn from the masters
• Ask your pressing questions
• Explore what it means to be ‘called’ by God
• Discover what ministry God may be calling you to

Fall groups consist of 12-15 students from churches across North America. You may choose to attend one of three possible weekends. Dates for 2008 are: August: 21-26, September 18-23, October 16-21. A sample retreat schedule is available here.

Spring retreat: Setting Your Sail
in British Columbia, Canada

The Spring retreat brings together participants from the three fall retreats (approximately 30 students). At this retreat you’ll spend time figuring out who you are and how God has gifted you for ministry.

• Push yourself on a high ropes course
• Discover your spiritual gifts
• Get some direction for your future
• Explore the meaning of servant leadership
• Find out more about ministry

Dates for the 2008 retreat are Feb. 14-19. A sample retreat schedule is available here. You must participate in a fall retreat in order to be accepted for the February retreat.
